§1 Introduction

zc222 operates as an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform. Our primary audience consists of adult users located in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. We serve users across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, among other cities.

zc222 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have independently assessed the legality of your use under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using zc222 immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

§2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

§3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a registered account on zc222, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction;
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of zc222 or any affiliated entity;
6. You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by zc222 for breach of these Terms;
7. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by any gambling authority or operator covering the Platform;
8. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not for commercial gain on behalf of a third party.

zc222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals and cancellation of any active bonuses.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

§4 Registration & Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notifying zc222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

zc222 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. We may, at our sole discretion, require you to change your password or implement additional security measures at any time.

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, date of birth, and country of residence. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Changes to registered details must be submitted to our support team and may require identity re-verification before taking effect.

§5 Terms of Use

By accessing or using zc222, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempting to access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Platform;
• Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders or other software to interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit Platform pricing, or any other fraudulent activity;
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions or using VPN services to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Posting, uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

zc222 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, referral to law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal proceedings.

§6 Betting Rules & Market Integrity

All bets placed on zc222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market and event in question, as published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation. zc222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing reasons.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. If the odds on your selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed, the Platform will notify you of the new odds and request your reconfirmation.
• Void Bets: zc222 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, accepted at clearly erroneous odds, or placed in connection with fraudulent, collusive or match-fixing activity. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the account balance.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to delay and suspension. Bets placed during a delay period will be processed at the odds available at the time of acceptance, which may differ from those displayed at the time of placement.
• Cricket Markets: All PSL, ICC, Pakistan international and T20 league markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Abandoned or rain-affected matches are settled in accordance with those rules.
• Maximum Payout: The Platform applies a maximum payout per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section and may be updated from time to time.

zc222 takes market integrity seriously. Any account found to be participating in or benefiting from irregular betting patterns, including suspicious price movements on Pakistan cricket or PSL markets, may be subject to immediate investigation and account restriction.

§7 Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zc222 are conducted in the currency designated at account registration. Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are indicative and subject to real-time exchange rate fluctuations where currency conversion applies.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to processing times.
• zc222 does not accept deposits from third parties. The deposit source must match the name on your registered account.
• zc222 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used at any time for fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account, subject to Platform policy.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. zc222 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 8.
• zc222 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, collusion or AML concerns.

§8 Bonuses & Promotions

zc222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. zc222 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free bets or free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Qualifying Wagers: Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game or bet type is displayed in the promotion terms. Casino table games and live dealer bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Withdrawal Before Requirements Met: If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus remains subject to incomplete wagering requirements, zc222 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal.

zc222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, unless evidence of abuse is identified.

§9 Responsible Gambling

zc222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all user interactions. We recognise that gambling can cause harm when not approached with care, and we provide a range of tools and resources to support users in maintaining control of their activity.

Users may access the following tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit within a defined period;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a specified time window;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the nominated exclusion period expires.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zc222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of zc222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or systems;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform;
• Use any Platform content for automated data extraction, scraping, or training of artificial intelligence models without express written authorisation.

The zc222 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of zc222. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks. Any unauthorised use of zc222 intellectual property may result in legal action.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc222 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise;
• Errors, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in the Platform's content, odds, results or settlement of bets;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds or content published on the Platform;
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions or third-party payment processing errors;
• Any losses arising from Force Majeure events.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of zc222 to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by zc222's negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

§12 Suspension & Termination

zc222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, collusive or abusive activities, including bonus abuse or match-fixing;
• You are accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns have been identified on your account;
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, court order or regulatory directive;
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (inactive account policy).

Upon account closure, zc222 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds) to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing fraud investigation.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be honoured in the normal course.

§13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc222 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

For the avoidance of doubt, zc222 does not hold any licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Pakistani users access the Platform on the basis of the licence held by the applicable operator in its licensing jurisdiction and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their use under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

In the event of a dispute between you and zc222, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licence jurisdiction.

§14 Amendments to These Terms

zc222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12 of this document.
